We offer several delivery methods, the price of which is calculated based on the weight of the order and the location of delivery. By validating your basket, the carriers and prices available for your order will be automatically displayed.

La Poste green letter:

Maximum weight: 3 kg

Dimensions: The maximum thickness of a letter is 3 cm.

The sum of [Length + width + thickness] must be less than or equal to 100 cm

With a length having to be less than 60 cm

Deadlines: 1 to 2 days after the package is picked up.

Economical and ecological, a franked item at the green letter rate emits 30% less CO2 than a priority letter. In fact, envelopes with a green stamp are not sent by air (except for Corsica and Overseas)! There is no green letter tracking.

La Poste letter followed:

Maximum weight: 3 kg

Dimensions: The maximum thickness of a letter is 3 cm.

Deadlines: 1 to 2 days after the package is picked up.

With tracked letter postage, you can track your order (tracking is complete or partial depending on foreign destinations). Small objects up to 3 kg and less than 3 cm thick are distributed in 2 days, 1 within mainland France.

GLS Flex delivery service:

Maximum weight: 30 kg

Deadlines: 1 to 2 days after the package is picked up.

Package delivery fits your life. Receive your package, where you want it, when you want it! Once alerted by e-mail and SMS, the recipient manages all the parameters of his redelivery (other date, other address, Point Relais ®, etc.), in anticipation of his absence.

GLS Business Parcel:

Maximum weight: 30 kg

Deadlines: 1 to 2 days after the package is picked up.

The BusinessParcel offer is a reliable and secure delivery offer for your daily shipments within 24/48 hours. This delivery method is preferred for professionals with fixed opening and reception hours.

GLS Relay:

Maximum weight: 30 kg

Deadlines: 1 to 2 days after the package is picked up.

GLS and Mondial Relay have entered into a partnership agreement to facilitate the collection and return of packages. Mondial Relay Relay Points® are collection points but also parcel return points. These are generally very diverse local businesses (“shop-in-shop” system), where waiting times are short and opening hours are extended. France has 10,000 Point Relais® spread across the entire French territory.

Chronopost delivery before 6 p.m.:

Maximum weight: 30 kg

Dimensions: Maximum length 150 cm. Maximum package dimensions: Length + 2 x Height + 2 x width must be a maximum of 300 cm.

Deadlines (after taking charge of the package):

Your package is delivered the next day before 6 p.m. Monday to Friday, except public holidays.

For certain coastal islands and Corsica, the deadline may be extended by one day. The day after public holidays, delivery can take place during the day without commitment of deadline. In the event of absence, your package will be held for 14 days at the post office or Chronopost agency or 7 days at a relay point.

Chronopost delivery before 1 p.m.:

Maximum weight: 30 kg

Dimensions: Dimensions: Maximum length 150 cm. Maximum package dimensions: Length + 2 x Height + 2 x width must be a maximum of 300 cm.

Time limit :

Your package is delivered the next day before 1 p.m. Monday to Friday, except public holidays. Saturday delivery is possible as an option.

For certain coastal islands, the deadline may be extended by one day. For Corsica and the day after public holidays, delivery can take place during the day without commitment to a deadline. In the event of absence, your package will be held for 14 days at the post office or Chronopost agency or 7 days at a Pickup relay.

Chronopost delivery to relay point

Maximum weight: 20 kg

Dimensions: Dimensions: Maximum length 100 cm. Maximum package dimensions: Length + 2 x Height + 2 x width must be a maximum of 250 cm.

Time limit

Chronopost delivers your packages the next day before 1 p.m. by Pickup relay, in mainland France from Monday to Friday, except public holidays.

For certain coastal islands, the deadline may be extended by one day. For Corsica and the day after public holidays, delivery can take place during the day without commitment to a deadline. There are 16,000 Pickup relays in mainland France and 500 Pickup automatic lockers. A notification is sent by email or SMS to the recipient once the package is available at the Pickup point. If the initially chosen relay is unavailable, the package is made available at one of the closest relays. The new collection point is then specified in the notification received by the recipient. The package is placed on hold for 7 calendar days in the Pickup relay, before being returned on the 8th day.

Colissimo Overseas post office:

Maximum weight: 30 kg

Dimensions: Length + Width + Height = 150 cm (with max length of 100 cm)

Deadlines: 11 to 18 days
